I have been suggesting your service to lots of people lately. Everyone who uses the call forwarding part comes back to me with the same issue. I would like to suggest that you change the 20 second delay before forwarding to a user definable amount; and if possible to detect presence for that function to forward right away if unavailable on the IM. often there is a 2 to 5 sec. delay before a sip service connects to gtalk2voip. that makes the total delay as much as 25 seconds; the problem is that some people hang up phone before the calls forward.
